Size Guide – Adult Incontinence Products
To find your best fit, measure around your waist and hips at the widest point using a soft measuring tape. Wear light clothing or measure over undergarments. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
| Size | Waist (inches) | Hips (inches) | Waist (cm) | Hips (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 20–31 | 28–34 | 51–79 | 71–86 |
| M | 32–41 | 35–43 | 81–104 | 89–109 |
| L | 42–52 | 44–55 | 107–132 | 112–140 |
| XL | 53–64 | 56–66 | 135–163 | 142–168 |
How to measure
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
- Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Note: sizes are approximate and may vary slightly by product style and material. Please check the specific product description for details. A proper fit helps prevent leaks and improves comfort.
